We have created models and documentation with the ultimate goal of constructability. Rather than relying on generic geometry, we model with actual pieces or materials that would be used in the field. This makes for a more accurate coordination effort. Fabrication quality models combined with our construction experience allow us to be more proactive in identifying issues that may delay construction efforts.

Aaron Bronshtein
Aaron is an innovative, creative, and passionate mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience and extensive skills in BIM, drafting, trade management, coordination, fabrication, and construction management.
Aaron received his degree in mechanical engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Bill Zandi
Bill is an experienced operator, co-founding 3 different companies. Bill also boasts 5 years of real estate investment experience; specializing in capital fundraising and allocation.
Bill received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University and his M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Diesh
Chris is an experienced sales and recruitment professional with over 10 years of B2B sales and team building experience. Chris also has 5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, and management along with experience providing as-built documentation services with 3D laser scanning and BIM technology.
Chris received a degree in economics and history from Wake Forest University.
Josh Bronshtein
Josh is a highly experienced construction professional with 15 years of expertise in overseeing projects in the commercial, residential and healthcare markets across Boston, NYC, and Florida. His extensive skillset covers all trades with a particular focus on MEP trades in large-scale projects. His vast knowledge and exceptional leadership qualities make him a valuable asset to any team he works with.
Josh holds a B.S. in Architecture from Wentworth and has pursued further studies in M.A. at the Boston Architectural College.
